During this time of uncertainty with the progression of the COVID-19 virus outbreak around the world, all of us at KH Homes assure all our guests and clients that their safety and comfort still remains very important to us.
Please find below an update on what we are doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and your well-being when you stay with us.
All KH Homes properties will allow guests who have made bookings for stays before April 30, 2020, to modify their reservations free of charge or receive a full refund for cancellation, where applicable. This is valid for bookings made directly with us, via our website (www.khhomes.co.uk). Please contact the us directly to modify or cancel your reservations.
For bookings made through a travel intermediary (e.g. travel agents, OTAs), please contact your booking provider for assistance.
For new reservations, we recognise the need for flexibility in your travel plans as well. KH Homes implores that you check travel restrictions before you make any bookings with us. The health and safety of our communities come first. Please follow government guidelines and travel only if it's essential.
At this time we are now accepting all bookings subject to completing our pre-check-in questionnaire.
At KH Homes we will allow groups who have made bookings for stays before April 30, 2020, to modify their reservations free of charge, as long as the new booking takes place within 12 months from the original reservation. Exceptions will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
We are now accepting all types of bookings from booking agents and representatives. Please ensure you have the relevant information before completing your booking.

We are now taking extra measures at all our apartments to ensure the safety of our guests and staff as this is of the utmost importance to us. We take the utmost care to ensure every stay with us is safe, clean and comfortable.
We clean our apartments to ensure the safety and comfort for our guests. Our measures include:
Rigorous cleaning and sanitisation of guest rooms.
Frequent sanitisation of high-contact points, such as elevator buttons, door handles, reception counters, bathrooms and conference rooms.
Hand sanitisers placed at guest contact areas.
Regular training of our staff ensuring proper hand hygiene and awareness of COVID-19. This is vital to help combat the spread of viruses and the health of our staff and guests.

We care for our guests and staff by introducing additional measures to safeguard their well-being. Our staff have been briefed on the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization and local health authorities.
We conduct daily meetings with our staff to review any relevant situation. KH Homes is in constant communication with the relevant health and travel authorities to keep our guests and staff updated and to advise them on appropriate measures to observe.
