Office Manager

The Person

The role will form part of the operations team reporting to the Operations Director, in KH Homes. You will be working with an established team and will be expected to ensure the smooth running of the office in line with the KH Homes' set standards and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

As Office Manager you will be responsible for office administrators and the day to day running of the office. This will include the following:

   👉 Helping with the recruitment process

   👉 Managing the daily rota 

   👉 Monitoring staff well being

   👉 Carrying out other duties as required 

What you'll need to succeed

   👉 Previous experience in an Office Management role

   👉 Excellent, recent references 

   👉 Proven background working in similar office environments.

   👉 Adaptability and flexibility in your approach 

   👉 High level of people management 

The Skills

   👉 Ability to work remotely is an advantage 

   👉 Previous Office Manager Experience
