Business Development Manager

The Person

The role will form part of the Sales team reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, in KH Homes. You will be working with an established team and will be expected to deliver on sales targets in line with the KH Homes' sales targets and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

The Business Development Manager will be expected to:

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and servicesย 

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisationย 

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expandย 

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Meet with our customers and clients face to face or over the phoneย 

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Understand the needs of our customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet theseย 

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Think critically when planning to assure project success

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Maintain existing businessย 

ย  ย ๐Ÿ‘‰ Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate

Requirements

๐Ÿ‘‰ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

๐Ÿ‘‰ 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience

๐Ÿ‘‰ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

๐Ÿ‘‰ Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

๐Ÿ‘‰ Focused and goal-oriented

๐Ÿ‘‰ Full UK Driving Licence
