As Booking Administrator, Sheryl’s day-to-day role includes taking enquiries from clients, managing bookings and helping our clients source suitable serviced apartments at the best possible rates.

A seasoned Customer Service executive, over 8 years’ experience, Sheryl also creates and manages reservations from the booking stage right through to when the client checks out, ensuring that she provides the client with the highest level of customer service.

Prior to joining KH Homes in August 2020, Sheryl worked as a Booking Administrator and Guest Manager in the Serviced Accommodations sector for a year.
