As Booking Administrator, Marilyn’s day-to-day role includes taking enquiries from clients, managing bookings and helping our clients source suitable serviced apartments at the best possible rates.

A seasoned Customer Service executive, over 8 years’ experience, Marilyn also creates and manages reservations from the booking stage right through to when the client checks out, ensuring that she provides the client with the highest level of customer service.

Prior to joining KH Homes, Marilyn worked as a Reservation Specialist in a Travel Industry where she gained her experience in the hospitality business.
