As well as overseeing the running of the office, Esther is also responsible for the operations side of things. When you book to stay with KH Homes, Esther will possibly check you in, while maintaining a high level of customer service. With her Hospitality experience over a 17-year period, Esther has developed the ability to adapt to different cultures, is highly professional and can wear multiple hats.
Esther is primarily responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, coordinating office administration and procedures - basically making sure the office runs smoothly.
Prior to becoming a part of KH Homes in October 2020, Esther worked in various capacities at several Hotels in London and Kent.
In her spare time, Esther enjoys baking, reading up on and watching shows related to baking and of course watching movies.
